PART 1: ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST
- Income (Most Important):
- Safe: 180k+ JPY/month (1 person). 220k+ JPY/month (2 people).
- If lower, you need significant bank savings (1M - 2M JPY).
- Taxes & Insurance: You must have ZERO delinquent payments for Residence Tax and Health Insurance/Pension.
