彼は英語がペラペラだ。もっとも、発音は少し変だが。
Kare wa eigo ga perapera da. Motto mo, hatsuon wa sukoshi hen da ga.
He speaks English fluently. However, his pronunciation is a bit strange.
検査の結果は異状なしでした。もっとも、安心はできませんが。
Kensa no kekka wa ijounashi deshita. Motto mo, anshin wa dekimasen ga.
The test results showed nothing abnormal. However, we cannot rest easy yet.
