Because of / Only thanks to...
Because of / Only thanks to... N1 + あっての + N2 Used to emphasize that N2 can only exist or have meaning because of N1. It is a formal expression, often showing gratitude or highlighting a prerequisite.

Precisely because... V-ba + こそ / N + であれば + こそ Used to emphasize a reason, often one that might be counter-intuitive or indirect, as the primary cause.

Look like / Act as if...
Look like / Act as if... N + びる Used to express that someone or something looks or acts like the preceding noun. Often used with a negative or ironic connotation.

Manner / State / After a time interval...
Manner / State / After a time interval... N + ぶり / V-masu + ぶり Used to describe the manner of an action or the state of something. Also used to indicate a time interval before an action is repeated.

5. ぶる
Pretend to be / Act like...
Pretend to be / Act like... N + ぶる / Na-adj + ぶる Used to indicate that someone is trying to act in a certain way that is not natural to them, often with a negative or sarcastic tone.

6. だの〜だの
Such things as... and...
Such things as... and... N / V / Adj + だの + N / V / Adj + だの Used to list things or actions, often with a nuance of complaining, being fed up, or criticizing. More negative than "yara~yara".

7. であれ〜であれ
Whether it is... or...
Whether it is... or... N1 + であれ + N2 + であれ Used to list two examples of the same category to emphasize that the same result or conditions apply in either case.

8. が早いか
As soon as...
As soon as... V-ru + が早いか Used to describe an action that happens almost simultaneously after another action. Often used for surprising events or extremely fast actions.

While / At the same time...
While / At the same time... N + がてら / V-masu + がてら Used when doing a primary action and taking the opportunity to do another action at the same time. Commonly used with walking, shopping, or visits.

10. ぐるみ
Together with / Including everything...
Together with / Including everything... N + ぐるみ Used to indicate that a whole group of people or things is included in an action or state.

11. 放題
All you can / As much as one likes
All you can / As much as one likes V-masu + 放題 Used to express doing something limits-free or as much as one wants.

12. 限りだ
Extremely / Very much
Extremely / Very much Adj + 限りだ Used with emotive adjectives to emphasize the highest degree of that feeling.

13. からする
Costs as much as / Starting from
Costs as much as / Starting from N (Số lượng/Giá tiền) + からする Used to emphasize a very large number or a very high price.

14. かたがた
While / At the same time (Formal)
While / At the same time (Formal) N + かたがた Used when one action serves two purposes. A formal expression often used in letters or business greetings.

15. かたわら
While / Alongside / Besides
While / Alongside / Besides V-ru / N-no + かたわら Used to describe someone doing two different activities or jobs in parallel (usually a main job and a side job or hobby).

Although there is / Even though
Although there is / Even though N / Na-adj + でこそあれ Emphasizes that although factor A exists, the real point or result is B.

18. ことなしに
Without / If not
Without / If not V-ru + ことなしに (は) Indicates a mandatory condition; without action A, B cannot happen.

19. ことのないように
So as not to / To prevent
So as not to / To prevent V-ru + ことのないように Used for advice or reminders to do something so an undesired result doesn't happen.

If it comes to... I would rather...
If it comes to... I would rather... V-ru + くらいなら Used to express that if one must do something extreme, a different (even if bad) option is preferable.

21. までもない
No need to... / Needless to say...
No need to... / Needless to say... V-ru + までもない Used to express that something is so obvious or simple that there is no need to go through the trouble of doing it.
