Used to connect nouns. Formal equivalent of "to". Often used in official documents and laws.

住所及び氏名を記入してください。
Juusho oyobi shimei wo kinyuu shite kudasai.
Please fill in your address and name.
東京、大阪、及び名古屋で会議が開かれる。
Toukyou, Oosaka, oyobi Nagoya de kaigi ga hirakareru.
