7. ばかりか～も : Not only... but also....

Noun / Verb / Adjective + ばかりか ... (も)💡Usage
Indicates escalation: not only A but even B also... (often used for negative meanings, or both positive and negative, more formal than "dake de naku").

腹ぺこだった彼は、自分のパンばかりか、私のコーヒーも飲んでしまった。
Harapeko datta kare wa, jibun no pan bakarika, watashi no koohii mo nonde shimatta.
Since he was starving, he not only ate his own bread but also ended up drinking my coffee.
