Verb (volitional form) + と思う💡Usage
Expresses intention. "I think I will...", "I intend to...".
📚Examples
来年の春は、桜が綺麗な京都へ一人旅に行こうと思っています。
Rainen no haru wa, sakura ga kirei na Kyouto e hitoritabi ni ikou to omotte imasu.
Next spring, I am thinking of going on a solo trip to Kyoto where the cherry blossoms are beautiful.
今は英語しか話せないので、来年からはスペイン語も勉強しようと思う。
Ima wa eigo shika hanasenai node, rainen kara wa supeingo mo benkyou shiyou to omou.
