Used to show respect for the actions of a superior. This is the mildest, most natural level of honorific, common in daily office communication.

Buchou wa mou kaeraremashita.

お酒を やめられたんですか。
Osake o yamerareta n desu ka.
Have you quit drinking alcohol?
