Used to express the speaker's judgment that something is inappropriate or wrong.

目上の人に対してそんな言葉を使うべきではない。
Meue no hito ni taishite sonna kotoba wo tsukau beki dewa nai.
You shouldn't use such words with your superiors.
陰口を言うべきではない。
Kageguchi wo iu beki dewa nai.
