V-te + からでないと / V-te + からでなければ💡Usage
Used to express that B cannot happen unless A is done first.

上司の許可を得てからでないと、実行できない。
Joushi no kyoka wo ete kara denai to, jikkou dekinai.
We cannot execute it unless we get the boss's permission.
宿題を終わらせてからでないと、遊んではいけない。
Shukudai wo owarasete kara denai to, asonde wa ikenai.
You cannot play unless you finish your homework.
