Used to express a judgment based on looking from a specific position or person's perspective.

親から見ると、子供はいつまでも子供だ。
Oya kara miru to, kodomo wa itsu made mo kodomo da.
Seen from a parent's perspective, a child is always a child.
外国人から見ると、日本語は難しい。
Gaikokujin kara miru to, Nihongo wa muzukashii.
