71. くせして : In spite of / Even though (blaming/criticizing).

N + の / V/A (thể thông thường) + くせして💡Usage
Similar to "kuse ni" but stronger criticism or sarcasm. Used for people, usually not for oneself.
📚Examples
知らないくせして、知っているふりをする。
Shiranai kuse shite, shitte iru furi wo suru.
He pretends to know even though he doesn't.
子供のくせして、生意気だ。
Kodomo no kuse shite, namaiki da.
He is cheeky for a child.
男のくせして、すぐ泣く。
Otoko no kuse shite, sugu naku.
He cries easily even though he's a man.
できないくせして、強がるな。
Dekinai kuse shite, tsuyogaru na.
Don't act tough when you can't do it.
お金がないくせして、高いものを買う。
Okane ga nai kuse shite, takai mono wo kau.
He buys expensive things even though he has no money.
暇なくせして、手伝ってくれない。
Hima na kuse shite, tetsudatte kurenai.
He won't help me even though he's free.
自分が悪いくせして、謝らない。
