Used to say that the result/feeling is the same in either case, or reminds one of something.
📚Examples
良きにつけ悪しきにつけ、注目される。
Yoki ni tsuke ashiki ni tsuke, chuumoku sareru.
Whether good or bad, it attracts attention.
何かにつけ、母は私に文句を言う。
Nanika ni tsuke, haha wa watashi ni monku wo iu.
