229. ずにはいられない / ないではいられない : Cannot help but / Cannot stop doing....

V-nai (bỏ nai) + ずにはいられない (する -> せずにはいられない)💡Usage
Expresses a feeling or action that occurs naturally and cannot be suppressed.
📚Examples
その映画を見て、感動せずにはいられなかった。
Sono eiga wo mite, kandou sezu ni wa irarenakatta.
I couldn't help being moved after watching that movie.
彼の話を聞いて、笑わずにはいられなかった。
Kare wa hanashi wo kiite, warawazu ni wa irarenakatta.
