Expresses that no matter how high the degree, the result remains unchanged.
📚Examples
あきらめたら終わりだ。どんなに頑張っても勝てない相手なんていないはずだ。
Akirametara owari da. Donnani ganbattemo katenai aite nante inai hazu da.
It's over if you give up. There shouldn't be any opponent you can't beat no matter how hard you try.
どうしても手に入れたい限定品だから、どんなに高くてもオークションで買います。
Doushitemo te ni iretai genteihin dakara, donnani takakutemo ookushon de kaimasu.
It's a limited edition item I absolutely want, so I'll buy it at auction no matter how expensive it is.
