どうしても + Verb💡Usage
Expresses strong will to do something by all means, or something unavoidable.
📚Examples
子供の頃からの夢だったから、将来はどうしてもパイロットになりたい。
Kodomo no koro kara no yume datta kara, shourai wa doushitemo pairotto ni naritai.
It's been my dream since I was a child, so I absolutely want to become a pilot in the future.
先生の解説を何度聞いても、この高度な数式の解き方がどうしても分からない。
Sensei no kaisetsu wo nando kiitemo, kono koudo na suushiki no tokikata ga doushitemo wakaranai.
No matter how many times I listen to the teacher's explanation, I simply cannot understand how to solve this advanced mathematical formula.
今日は大切な記念日だから、どうしても今日中に会いたい人がいるんだ。
Kyou wa taisetsu na kinenbi dakara, doushitemo kyoujuu ni aitai hito ga irun da.
