Expresses maximum level, cannot be more. "At most...", "At best...".

家から一番近いスーパーまで歩いても、せいぜい十分くらいしかかからない。
Ie kara ichiban chikai suupaa made aruite mo, seizei juppun kurai shika kakaranai.
Even if I walk to the closest supermarket from my house, it takes about ten minutes at most.
私のアルバイトの給料では、毎月貯金できるのはせいぜい一万円くらいです。
