Expresses desire for someone to do something. "Want you to...", "Wish you would...".

私は将来、子どもたちに世界中のいろいろな国を旅して、多くの経験をしてほしいと思っています。
Watashi wa shourai, kodomotachi ni sekaijuu no iroiro na kuni wo tabi shite, ooku no keiken wo shite hoshii to omotte imasu.
I want my children to travel exactly to various countries around the world in the future and have many experiences.
