147. わけがない : There is no way / Impossible.

Sentence (plain form) + わけがない💡Usage
Used to emphasize that something is absolutely impossible. "There is no way...", "It is impossible that...".
📚Examples
こんなに難しい漢字ばかりの本、まだ小学生の彼に読めるわけがない。
Konna ni muzukashii kanji bakari no hon, mada shougakusei no kare ni yomeru wake ga nai.
There is no way he, who is still an elementary school student, can read a book full of such difficult kanji.
毎日遅刻ばかりしている彼に、こんな重要なプロジェクトを任せられるわけがない。
Mainichi chikoku bakari shite iru kare ni, konna juuyou na purojekuto wo makaserareru wake ga nai.
There is no way we can entrust such an important project to him who is always late every day.
あの真面目な彼が、会社のお金を盗むなんて悪いことをするわけがない。
Ano majime na kare ga, kaisha no okane wo nusumu nante warui koto wo suru wake ga nai.
There is no way he, who is so serious, would do such a bad thing like stealing the company's money.
