💡 Usage
Used conditionally to forcefully assume a certain potential (often emergency or strict) situation; the following clause commands the explicit response or exact result. Since 'baai' is inherently a noun grammatically, its modifier combinations are identically similar to modifying any noun.
📚 Examples
交通事故に遭った場合は、すぐ 警察に 連絡してください。
Koutsuujiko ni atta baai wa, sugu keisatsu ni renraku shite kudasai.
In the awful event of a traffic accident, please urgently contact the police immediately.
領収書が 必要な 場合は、店の人に 言ってください。
Ryoushuusho ga hitsuyou na baai wa, mise no hito ni itte kudasai.
In case you strictly need a written receipt, please explicitly tell the shop staff.
火事や 地震の 場合は、エレベーターを 使わないで ください。
Kaji ya jishin no baai wa, erebeetaa o tsukawanaide kudasai.
In case of fire hazard or earthquake, please absolutely do not use the elevator box.
カードをなくした場合は、すぐ会社に電話してください。
Kaado o nakushita baai wa, sugu kaisha ni denwa shite kudasai.
In the case you lost your card, swiftly safely phone the company.
