💡 Usage

  • Koko: Here (near speaker).

  • Soko: There (near listener).

  • Asoko: Over there (far from both).

📚 Examples

ここは教室きょうしつです。

Koko wa kyoushitsu desu.

This is a classroom.

ここは大阪おおさかです。

Koko wa Oosaka desu.

This is Osaka.

そこは食堂しょくどうです。

Soko wa shokudou desu.

That is a dining hall.

あそこは大学だいがくです。

Asoko wa daigaku desu.

That over there is a university.

ここは事務所じむしょじゃありません。

Koko wa jimusho ja arimasen.

This is not an office.
