Used to announce that something will end or completely change from a specified point in time (often for official announcements or personal determinations).

今日を限りに、この店を閉店することにしました。
Kyou wo kagiri ni, kono mise wo heiten suru koto ni shimashita.
Starting after today, we have decided to close this shop.
今月を限りに、会社を辞めることにした。
Kongetsu wo kagiri ni, kaisha wo yameru koto ni shita.
I have decided to quit the company at the end of this month.
声を限りに助けを求めたが、誰も来なかった。
Koe wo kagiri ni tasuke wo motometa ga, dare mo konakatta.
I cried out for help as loudly as possible, but no one came.
今回の公演を限りに、彼女は引退する。
