今日はどうされましたか。
How are you feeling today?
数日前から喉が痛くて、微熱があるんです。
My throat has been hurting for a few days, and I have a slight fever.
喉の痛みと微熱ですね。他に症状はありますか。咳や鼻水はどうですか。
A sore throat and a slight fever, I see. Do you have any other symptoms? How about coughing or a runny nose?
時々激しい咳が出ます。鼻水も少し。あと、倦怠感がひどくて、仕事にあまり集中できないんです。
Sometimes I have violent coughing fits. A bit of a runny nose, too. Also, the fatigue is terrible, and I can't focus much on work.
なるほど。念のため、インフルエンザの検査をしてみましょうか。最近流行していますからね。
I see. Just to be sure, shall we do a flu test? It's been going around lately.
わかりました。検査はどのくらい時間がかかりますか。
Understood. How long does the test take?
15分ほどで結果が出ます。それまではあちらの待合室でお待ちください。

お待たせしました。結果ですが、インフルエンザではありませんでした。ただの風邪のようです。

ああ、よかったです。安心しました。薬を飲めば数日で治りますよね。

Yes. I'll prescribe some antipyretics and cough suppressants. Please pick them up at the pharmacy.

特にありませんが、消化の良いものを食べてください。安静にして、水分を十分に摂ることが大切です。
