彼は私の母の弟、つまり私にとっては叔父にあたる人なのでとても親しいです。
Kare wa watashi no haha no otouto, tsumari watashi ni totte wa oji ni ataru hito na node totemo shitashii desu.
He is my mother's younger brother, in other words, my uncle, so we are very close.
社長がこのプロジェクトの担当から外れろと言った。つまり、私はクビということか。
Shachou ga kono purojekuto no tantou kara hazurero to itta. Tsumari, watashi wa kubi to iu koto ka.
The president told me to step down from the project charge. Does that mean I'm fired?
